Refunds and Returns:

Bayside Shoes offers a full refund or exchange on unworn merchandise which is returned within 14 days from the purchase date in their original condition.  We would like to remind our customers that feet are significantly different in size, instep and width which is also reflected in the differing sizes from different manufacturers of shoes. 

We recommend that you have previously tried the brand to ensure that the manufacturers size and the fit of the shoe meets your needs.  Bayside is a physical store that fits shoes for adults and children as part of our local service, however we cannot guarantee that shoes purchased over the internet will definitely fit. 

If you believe that Bayside should be responsible to ensure an exact shoe fit, please do not buy from us. Realistically if you do not have prior experience with the brand size you should not buy shoes over the internet.

The Office of Fair Trading legislation requires that a REFUND must be given if a manufacturing fault happens.

Please notify us by telephone 03 9785 1887 or email with your details to log your return for refund or exchange. Then return mail the merchandise in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt. We can refund your via your credit card or bank transfer for the merchandise excluding return postage costs.

We would recommend using Express or Registered Post to enable tracking and security of the merchandise.

Please also try on your shoes on a carpeted area to prevent damage to the soles of the shoes and to ensure they remain in a re-saleable condition in the event of return. Any returned shoes with damaged soles will incur a $20 fee as they are no longer in a re-saleable condition.

International and Domestic Delivery charges:

There is a Registered Postage charge of Australian $14.95 per pair of shoes or handbag for deliveries within Australia.

International customers can email us for a quotation on the costs of postage and insurance for specific merchandise.

Privacy Policy:

Bayside Shoes does not disclose or refer on any private information supplied by or customers as part of our privacy policy. Where you may wish to supply your information to open an account or obtain the newsletter, any information supplied will be used solely for that purpose.
